Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We are located in the Netherlands but our warehouse is international. Due to really high demand shipping can take longer. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 5-20 working days. For International orders, please allow 10-25 working days.

Q: Is this website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. We do NOT offer a refund for products which are bought on a sale.
